After you have placed your order, your photo may be sent via email to

When sending a digital photo, make sure that your image(s) meet these requirements.

Digital photos:
Photo must be in JPEG or TIFF format.
Image size must be 1024 x 768 pixels or larger.

If using a scanner:
Scan your image at 300 DPI.
Scan at 150% enlargement.
Photo must be in JPEG, Bitmap or Tiff format.

Original photos:
All photos must be 8" x 10" or smaller. Please do not send negatives or originals of irreplaceable photographs. Please do not fold photographs.

Custom Furniture Art will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged photographs, however every attempt will be made to return original photos with your order.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Please include instructions on back of photograph with other labeling information.

The color and tones of the finished presentation box may vary slightly. Your image may be cropped in order to fit.

Custom Furniture Art retains all rights to the design of the products, and photographs of these products may appear in marketing campaigns and website.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. All orders are non-refundable.
By placing an order, purchaser confirms that they own the rights or have permission to duplicate photos and its subject and agrees to indemnify Custom Furniture Art for any claims to the contrary.
